He builds the systems that respond to leads in 90 seconds, organize years of dormant customer data into live revenue, and connect every digital touchpoint a local business has into one unified infrastructure. He’s the reason it actually works.
Creative Director & Growth Associate
Matthew Jr. is the creative and growth engine of the team. He designs the media assets, ad frameworks, and content systems that put Branch & Root clients in front of OC consumers who are actively looking for their services. He also co-manages client onboarding alongside Matthew Sr. — bridging the gap between what the client needs to see and what the system is actually doing.
Internal Systems & Financial Manager
Russ is the operational backbone of Branch & Root. With decades of business management and digital marketing experience behind him, he ensures that every client system we build is financially sound, compliance-ready, and built to last. He doesn’t operate in front of clients — he operates beneath everything that makes client results possible.
Client Relations & Sales Director
Matthew is the first voice most OC business owners hear from Branch & Root — and the relationship that carries through the entire partnership. His work is built around one thing: genuinely diagnosing what a business actually needs, building the trust to say so honestly, and making sure every client we take on is one we can deliver for.
